This evening sees the first of two episodes of a fantastic new wildlife documentary on Animal Planet, “Alone Among Grizzlies With Richard Terry”. It’s an amazing story set in a stunning Alaskan landscape. Richard not only presented the show but also filmed and produced it. His skills with the camera make for some beautiful shots and Richard, being the action man he is, gets right in the middle of things.

Earlier in the year, Ian was fortunate enough to take Richard’s portrait. Richard had just come back from another trip to Alaska where he had been filming and presenting “Stranger Among Bears“, a six part documentary series about a man living amongst black bears and grizzlies, that has just finished its first airing on Animal Planet.
